Wellspring Bookstore keeps all personal information submitted to us in the strictest confidence. The information is kept on a secure server and is only used to process orders from Wellspring Bookstore. This information will not be released to anyone other than necessary to fulfil your order, without your consent or where the release is required by law.
Wellspring Bookstore recognises the privacy concerns of visitors to its site on the Internet. Specifically, Wellspring Bookstore recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information. As a general policy, no personally identifiable information is automatically collected from visitors to the Wellspring Bookstore site, unless you provide Endeavour College that information voluntarily (Only in the case of utilising our ‘Keep In Touch’ Service.
Customer Service Policy
Wellspring Bookstore prides itself on providing a quick service turn around. We try to process and pack your order the very next business day dependent on when your order is placed and volume of orders. If any unforeseen circumstances occur, you will be notified directly as soon as possible or a general notice will appear on our home page.
If an item from your order is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified by email and advised estimated time of delivery and any other relevant information. If you do not wish to wait for your item to come back into stock, you will be given the opportunity for a refund or exchange.

Refunds / Exchanges / Store Credits / Faulty & Incorrect Products
Refunds/Exchanges must be requested within 3 working days of placing your order. If you receive your order and wish to return it, a store credit will be given to the value of the item being returned and will not include the cost of shipping the item. Returns/Store Credits must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order (the product needs to be in mint, saleable condition on its return before refund is made – we must remind you that if you do not package the item correctly then it could result in arriving in a damaged state and no refund will be due). We will process a refund/store credit once we have received the goods back from you in a saleable condition.
If you consider that any goods delivered are faulty or incorrect you need to notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Depending on the fault and our acceptance of it (once it has been sent back to Wellspring Bookstore), will be evaluated based on information provided by you we will make an exchange or provide a refund. If a product needs verification by the manufacturer, an exchange or refund will not be given until the product has been evaluated. A reply paid address will be provided for customers to return faulty / incorrect items at our expense on your request.
A Receipt / Invoice / Proof of sale must accompany any request for a refund, store credit or exchange.
**Any costs to post products back to Wellspring Bookstore/Endeavour College of Natural Health are at the Customer’s expense. Only if a product is faulty or was delivered in our error will Wellspring Bookstore issue a credit for the postage costs. If the order is delivered to a campus free of charge, the customer assumes responsibility for return postage to the Wellspring Bookstore branch it was delivered from.
